Incident Reporting

Even the future President of FISA Jean-Christopher Rolland can have an incident - after winning the pair at the Sydney Olympics

What needs to be reported?

All material incidents, whether in the boathouse or on the water, need to be reported. Material incidents include situations where someone has been injured or equipment damaged.

We also want to hear about near misses which could have resulted in injury or equipment damage. We can learn from such situations.

We also want to hear about incidents of mis-behaviour. These take a different process and are only reported to the President and Captain for action.
