Donate via the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme

Mercantile Rowing Club is registered as an eligible beneficiary of container deposit donations from the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme.  Our registration number is C2000013893.   

How can I help?

• While at the Clubhouse put your eligible containers into the red bin by Trader's Bar, and/or
• Take your home recyling to your nearest refund point and nominate Mercantile to receive the refund.

There are three different collections regions: North, East & West, and Mercantile is registered with all three.

You will need to download an app from the Apple Store or Google Play for the region closest to you for returning containers.  Once you are registered, you can nominate Mercantile Rowing Club as the beneficiary of donations.  Donations are used to fund specific projects as determined by the Committee from time to time.
