After a greatly successful camp last year setting up for the season, we are again running a seven-day rowing camp for rowers and coxes, led by the Mercantile professional coaching team; Head Coach Mike McKay, High Performance Coach Alistair Matthews, Senior Coach David Colvin and Development Coach Sam Fennessy. We are seeking to build upon our No. 1 Victorian Club status having won the senior and championship club categories at the Vic States 2021. Let's go Mercs!
The camp program includes:
Daily onwater sessions in small/crew boats, with Mercantile High Performance Coaches
Offwater activities, including strength and conditioning, team games, and ergos
Culture and team building focus
Daily presentation and prizes
Team dinners
