A four-day rowing camp for Year 10, 11 & 12 rowers and coxes, led by the Mercantile Coaching Team.

The camp program includes:

Daily onwater session in crew boats, with Mercantile Coaches
Offwater activities, including strength and conditioning, team games, and ergos
Specialist education sessions such as nutrition, injury prevention, study/sport balance
Miniregatta and Presentations on the final day of the camp
Breakfast daily
