Annabelle Eaton

With a rich coaching background, Annabelle Eaton has honed skills and nurtured champions in the sport of rowing. Beginning at St Catherine's School and later at Melbourne Girls Grammar School, Annabelle achieved remarkable success, securing 9 HOSG titles and 3 consecutive National Titles in the Schoolgirl 8+.

In 2015, she guided the Vic Women's Youth 8+ to victory in the Bicentennial Cup, followed by coaching the AUS Junior Women's 8+ and the 2016 AUS U23 Women's 8+. Stepping onto the international stage, she led the 2017 AUS U23 4- to success.

Since 2019, Annabelle has been a steadfast presence in the USA, supporting Australian athletes pursuing rowing and studies abroad. Winter sees Annabelle at Princeton, orchestrating trials for the AUS U23 team. Notable achievements include coaching the AUS U23 W4+ to a bronze medal in 2019, gold and a world best time at the 2022 U23 World Championships, and a consecutive victory at the 2023 U23 World Championships.

Committed to creating a supportive and empowering environment, Annabelle believes in pushing athletes to their limits while honouring their individuality and abilities. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes self-discovery, respect for teammates, and unwavering sportsmanship.

Aligned with Rowing Australia's vision, Annabelle is dedicated to providing top-tier training for aspiring athletes with dreams of representing Australia on the global stage.
